Program Details

Miss CEO Ambassadors are highly-qualified student champions of Miss CEO’s mission to provide leadership training, mentorship, and career exploration opportunities to young women all over the world. Miss CEO Ambassadors are equipped with training, materials, and support in order to empower the young women in their community to reach their leadership potential and make a difference.   • Eligibility

    In order to be eligible for the role of a Miss CEO Ambassador, candidates must:
    1. Be at least 14 years of age
    2. Spend a minimum of 5-10 hours a month on Miss CEO activities while serving as ambassador
    3. Be a member of a reputable educational or professional institution, with a GPA of 3.7 or higher
    4. Demonstrate initiative, creative thinking, and leadership excellence in your community
    5. Be responsive via email (2 day max response time)
    6. Serve a one-year term

  • Benefits

    In addition to partnering with a premier leadership education organization, Miss CEO Ambassadors receive:
    1. Comprehensive leadership training from Miss CEO, covering essential skills such as networking, negotiation, communication, time management, team development, and learning from failure
    2. Assignment to a designated Miss CEO Mentor as well as access to the Miss CEO Mentor Network
    3. Complementary and/or discount admission to Miss CEO events and programs such as the Summer Leadership Academy, Explorer events, exclusive leadership workshops, etc.
    4. The opportunity to design, launch and execution of nationwide and international leadership programs and initiatives
    5. Miss CEO swag (i.e. shirts, stickers, posters, etc.)

  • Roles & Responsibilities

    All Miss CEO Ambassadors are required to:
    1. Attend a mandatory Ambassador orientation and training (June 2017)
    2. Participate in Miss CEO Monthly conference calls featuring team updates, leadership training, guest speakers, etc.
    3. Provide feedback on upcoming Miss CEO programs, initiatives, and products
    4. Serve as an official Brand Ambassador by representing Miss CEO at community events and managing marketing efforts for your specific region (i.e. share and distribute Miss CEO news, campaigns, and updates with your local community via social media, email marketing, blogging, etc)
    5. Manage and execute a leadership initiative or project for your school or community

  • Application Process

    In order to apply for the Miss CEO Ambassador Program, candidates must complete the following steps:
    1. Submit an application via the Miss CEO website
    2. Conduct an interview with the team in April 2017 (candidates will be notified in 3-5 business days after submitting their application if they are advancing to the interview stage)
    3. Submit a letter of reference

  • Leadership Project Requirements

    During your Ambassador term, you will be required to:
    1. Launch an initiative or project that will positively impact the members of your school or community. Examples include:
    * High school leadership club
    * Community event/drive
    * Conference or workshop
    * Your own project - think big and be creative!
    2. Submit a detailed project plan (i.e. stakeholders, status, due dates, etc) to your designated Miss CEO Mentor
    3. Participate in monthly check-ins with the Miss CEO team
